Tooth Coloured Fillings

Fillings are required to replace lost tooth tissue from tooth decay or tooth wear. At Ashley Dental Centre, we are able to offer tooth coloured (composite) fillings which can be used to restore the natural look of teeth. The modern techniques and materials that we use ensure that the tooth coloured fillings blend in with surrounding teeth. They are done to the highest standard to ensure good strength and wear resistance.

Crowns and Bridges

Crowns (also known as caps) are constructed to fit over teeth that have been prepared. They are able to protect damaged or weakened teeth and to improve appearance. Crowns are made by a laboratory, and can be made from plastic, ceramic or metal alloys. A combination of metal and ceramic is also possible to maximise strength and simulate the appearance of natural teeth.

Bridges are linked crowns that can be used to replace one or multiple missing teeth. At Ashley Dental Centre, we are able to provide resin-retained or adhesive bridges which are conservative options. We use high quality dental laboratories that use the latest techniques to support and provide the perfect restorations.

Crown and bridgework can be provided at the practice within two sessions normally two weeks apart
